Short summary
XNails Creators is operated by X Beauty AB. We only collect the data we need to handle your application, your creator collaboration, your live feed posts, PR shipments and discount codes. We never sell your data.

What data we collect
Contact and profile data
Name, email, phone number and your social channels (e.g. TikTok/Instagram) and follower counts – to handle your application and collaboration.
Live feed posts
Text (and any media links) you publish. Posts are moderated automatically by an AI service to keep the feed safe.
PR shipments
Your plan, wishlist and delivery address – to send products to you.
Sales via discount codes
When a creator code is used, we link the order to the code to show your sales and calculate compensation.
Why we process the data (legal basis)
- Performance of a contract – your creator collaboration, PR shipments and compensation.
- Consent – what you choose to publish in the feed.
- Legitimate interest – security, moderation and preventing misuse.
- Legal obligation – e.g. accounting and tax requirements.
How long we keep the data
- Application and collaboration data is kept while you are an active creator and then for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
- Live feed posts remain until you or we remove them.
- Records relating to payments and benefits are kept for as long as accounting law requires (typically 7 years).
- If you delete your account, we remove your data, except what we are legally required to keep.
Minors
XNails Creators is a service for people aged 18 and over. We are not aimed at children and do not knowingly collect data about people under 18. If we learn that we hold data about a minor, we delete it.
Third parties we share data with
We only share data with providers that help us run the portal (processors):
- Shopify – customer accounts, discount codes and order data for sales.
- Supabase – storage of creator data, applications and posts.
- Anthropic (Claude) – automated moderation of live feed posts.
- Vercel – hosting and operations.
Some of these providers (e.g. Anthropic and Vercel) may process data in the US. Where transfers take place outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards, usually the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Automated moderation
Live feed posts are reviewed automatically by an AI service before they are shown to others, to keep the feed safe. Such a decision may result in a post being hidden. You have the right to have the decision reviewed by a human – contact us at help@xnails.se and we will review it manually.
How we protect the data
We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transfer, access restrictions and trusted providers. Should a serious data breach occur, we handle it in accordance with the GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to receive it in a machine-readable format (data portability), to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at help@xnails.se.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (for us in Sweden, the IMY).
